My philosophy is the comprehensive approach to care. I gained this through my wealth of knowledge; years of working and dealing with the public in local government and domiciliary care. ​

I have worked in the public space and care business for the past 30 years. I have a wide-ranging experience in frontline service and domiciliary care. During my many years of public service, I have worked in the frontline services, operational service and top management delivering high quality service to the public. 

I am a very principled, passionate and professional person; these I display through my continuous quest for a great standard, high quality and practical approach to care delivery.
